I have dealt with property management companies in the past and don't like how they do things. What makes you different?

We are here to change your mind. We have been students and have hired and worked for property management companies in the past and know what you mean. Our goal is to provide the service the others have claimed but never followed through on.

What do I do when something goes wrong at my rental accommodation?

Contact us immediately. You can email a repair request to service@rentfromtom.com, use our online form on our website or call our office. We also have an emergency contact number just in case.

There are a lot of little things involved when moving into a new place. How do I remember everything and know what to do?

We will provide you with checklists, schedules, contact info, etc. to help you keep on track and make sure everything is handled as easily as possible.
